A structured path from where Coras is today to a productised, scalable revenue engine — with the commercial architecture, the customers, and the team to support it.
Before building forward, it's worth being clear-eyed about where Coras is today. The ambitions are right. The gap is the commercial infrastructure to turn them into a repeatable reality.
Coras has the capability and the relationships to win significant business. What's missing is the commercial architecture that makes that capability legible to the right buyers — a clear ICP, a productised offering, a repeatable sales process, and the collateral to support it. That's precisely what the Market Readiness Accelerator is designed to build.
Turn good ideas into successful execution. The goal of this engagement is to give Coras the clarity, foundation, and growth architecture it needs to reach £2m ARR — and beyond.
The engagement starts with a single, focused sprint — the Market Readiness Accelerator. Everything that comes after is built on the foundation that sprint creates. The sprint is not a strategy document. It produces a working commercial engine: real ICPs, real target companies, a live sales process, and a campaign ready to run on day one.
A two-week sprint structured around five steps. By the end, Coras has a defined ICP, a productised offering, a Sandler-trained sales process, customer-facing collateral, and a live campaign targeting real named companies.
We map two ICPs using the Strategyzer value map and customer profile framework — jobs, pains, and gains — and match them against Coras's real capability. We then select one ICP to anchor the entire sprint and identify 20–30 real-world companies that fit the profile. These become the initial campaign targets in Step 5.
We build out the full product journey for the selected ICP — from first conversation to long-term retainer — with defined deliverables, price points, and triggers at each stage. The goal is a buying experience that feels clear, logical, and premium. No more bespoke proposals for every prospect.
We establish a clear sales process using the Sandler methodology for discovery — structured questions, talk tracks, and objection handlers for each stage of the buyer journey. The buyer journey for the selected ICP is mapped in full, distinct from pipeline stages which remain consistent throughout. Built to work without Eoin in the room.
We build the full suite of customer-facing materials for the selected ICP: a crisp one-pager, a pitch deck, a website lead magnet, and supporting outreach assets. Everything is tailored to the ICP's specific jobs, pains, and gains — not generic Coras marketing. We also explore whether webinars or other content formats make sense for Coras's target buyers.
We build the outreach campaign targeting the real companies identified in Step 1 — using everything built in the sprint. Personalised opening messages per account, a sequenced outreach cadence, and a campaign calendar. Coras goes to market with a live plan and named targets, not a theoretical strategy.
The Market Readiness Accelerator creates the foundation. Everything that follows is designed to build on it — systematically growing Coras's commercial capability, team, and network.
After the sprint, Macanta offers a set of plug-in services that Coras can engage based on what the business needs most at each stage of growth. These are not add-ons — they are the next logical steps on the path to £2m ARR and beyond.
A phased path from where Coras is today to a self-sufficient, high-growth business producing strong free cash flow and with genuine strategic options for its future.
Month 1 is entirely focused on building the commercial foundation. Months 2–4 are about launching carefully and learning fast. The sprint's outputs directly power the launch: the ICP profile informs who to call, the collateral is what gets sent, the campaign plan is what gets run. Everything compounds from there.
The Market Readiness Accelerator is offered to Coras at a significantly discounted rate as the foundation for what we hope will be a long partnership.
